About the Author

Cathy Spencer is an award-winning Canadian author living in Ontario with her actor/teacher husband. She intends to keep writing until they drag the keyboard out of her cold, dead fingers. "Framed for Murder," winner of the 2014 Bony Blythe Mystery award, is the first book in the Anna Nolan cozy mystery/romantic suspense series featuring an amateur sleuth living in a small town and working at a university in Calgary. The second book, "Town Haunts," is a Halloween mystery with a ghost and a witch. The third book, "Tidings of Murder and Woe," will be released in time for Christmas 2014. "The Dating Do-Over" is a contemporary romance about a school teacher with abominable taste in men who is dumped by her boyfriend of six years, and has to learn to choose better. "The Affairs of Harriet Walters, Spinster," is a sweet regency romance about a young spinster whose life is turned upside down by good fortune. Another stand alone regency romance, "The Marriage Market," will be re-released by Cathy's publisher, Comely Press, in 2015. "Tall Tales Twin-pack, Mysteries" and "Tall Tales Twin-Pack, Science Fiction and Fantasy" are Cathy's two short story collections.
