Due to his disfigurement, Paul lives a solitary life. Rather than awkward, silent stares, what Paul really wants is to feel real connections with people. Living near Myrtle Beach, he is surrounded by beautiful people whom he watches as a hobby. What would it be like to be one of them? How far is Paul willing to go to experience what he feels he is missing...?

Paul finds out that solitary life wasn't as bad as he thought. He took his hobby too far, and just as he feels his life is over, it actually truly begins. He's thrown into a new reality with Kelsey-she's beautiful and seems to want to be with him too. Life can't get any better, but this lovely creature has other plans. Paul is challenged in this real world where his survival skills are tested again and again.
